Installation for Snap-lock Standing Seam metal Roofing
There are various styles of standing seam metal roofing panels, we use the premier "snap-lock" system, see more below, that can be applied down to a "2-pitched roof" providing proper methods are introduced.
1. Installation methods – Only the best metal roofing system materials are used. After stripping the roof we apply a high temperature barrier shield to the entire roof deck or roof top of your home and flash all points.
2. NO "boxy ends" commercial looking metal drip edge is used, instead we apply sleek, flat drip edge
3. Your roof is fabricated by our metal forming/cut truck, at your home. Fabricating metal roofs
off-site increase the risk of damage to materials and unnecessary delays.
4. Next we install the *high performance snap-lock roof system, interlocking each panel to adjoining panel forming a straight and seamless vertical run from the gutters edge to roof ridge.
These panels are attached to the roof deck by clip method, not piercing the metal panels, no exposed metal fasteners are used in joining metal standing seam panels.

1. Installation is only for the skilled metal roofer – few even the installers of mechanically fastened metal, more on that subject later, typically don't have the skill for this installation.
2. Cost – More than traditional asphalt shingled roofs, expect to pay two-three times as much taking into consideration it will last at least 3 times longer.
3. Can occasionally oil can – While there are techniques to minimize this rippling or "oil canning" no metal roofer can guarantee it will not happen as it's a natural characteristic of metal.
