I dealt with John; he always got back to me in a timely manner and with the communication method I preferred. Marco and his team worked very diligently and despite weather difficulties finished in the time estimated. Areas of concern were addressed by Mario and he made sure it was you who made the decisions. “Mastercraft most recent project was residing completely our nearly 300 year old home with custom colored hardyboard. It has been transformed. The team was incredibly hard working, meticulous, polite, good humored, and ready to address our unique building and creating solutions for difficult sections, the team was speedy in demolition, clean up, and overall in getting the project from start to completion. Our yard was always kept clean throughout the process. They ensured the best solutions from materials and insulation and trim and blocking, and consulted to ensure we like the end result. The materials are long lasting, the options for materials were plentiful, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We recommend John and his teams for windows, roofing, gutters, and siding, he has been a pleasure to work with for all of these different projects, and has been a great advisor as we have navigated final products.”

“Mastercraft replaced our roof+gutters, siding, and windows in their entirety. The work exceeded our expectations, the cost was reasonable, and all of the workers were both skilled and a pleasure to have around. John was upfront and transparent about every decision, and worked thoughtfully with our budget to make sure we made the best choices. He gave us quotes (which were always a relief to hear plus were never exceeded!) on the spot rather than taking weeks to send estimates like many other contractors. Josue made adjustments to the windows as needed after installation, and patiently provided super helpful insight when we asked his advice about renovations. Marcos and his team (I think Mario and Carlos) did a painstaking job on removing two layers of old cedar siding/rotting wood and installing James Hardy siding. They working quickly and yet with great care and attention to detail, and included us in decision making on some ambiguous areas. Alex and his team of roofers dealt gracefully and quickly with our rotting roof and the tree growing round our chimney. The entire team communicated clearly and promptly throughout the project as they transformed our entire home. In our experience with many contractors in the area, Mastercraft rates among the BEST!”

“I was very please with both the craftsmanship and the professionalism of John and his installation team at MasterCraft. They bid my siding project to install prefinished Hardie Plank siding and Azek trim and gave me a fair price. They completed the work quickly and at the agreed to amount with no surprises. As an architect I can be very fussy and since this was my own home you can imagine that I was very concerned with the details. The superintendent of the project went over all the conditions with me and even coordinated with the James Hardie representative to ensure that they would stand behind and warranty the installation. I highly recommend MasterCraft and have referred them to many of my clients.”

“We hired MasterCraft New England several times over the past 9 years for various issues with different parts of our roof. We always found them to be wonderful to work with. They did a great job at a reasonable price. One time, we had a water stain on the ceiling and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. John O'Brien came out right away spent a lot of time helping us figure out where the leak was coming from.Once we figured it out, his team came right away and fixed the issue. We would use them again.”
